Layer 8Paleo Cookie Dough

What You Need:

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 8 drops liquid Stevia plain or vanilla cream
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 – 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Stevia, to taste
How to make it:

  1. Mix coconut oil, cocoa powder, and stevia in a small bowl and place into freezer
  2. Stir coconut flour, applesauce, stevia, and vanilla to a separate bowl until crumbly and completely combined
  3. Stir in almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the mixture reaches the perfect cookie dough consistency
  4. Remove chocolate from freezer and break into chunks with spoon
  5. Stir chocolate chunks into cookie dough

Layer 8Banana Bread Protein Bars

What You Need:

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 small bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp egg whites or 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 8 tbsp vanilla hemp protein powder or other protein powder of choice, unsweetened or sweetened with Stevia
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix bananas, wet ingredients, and spices in food processor
  3. Mix the protein and the almond flour
  4. Mix in the pecans and raisins
  5. Grease 8 x 8 baking dish and pour batter into it
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes

Layer 8Dark Chocolate Avocado Cookies

What You Need:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp Stevia
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
How to make it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine the banana, avocado, and stevia in a food processor
  3. Add in the egg whites, baking soda, and cocoa powder, and continue mixing until everything is well blended
  4. Drop 10 spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (The dough will be very soft.)
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are warm and firm

Layer 8Healthy Strawberry Crepes

What You Need:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 12 strawberries
  • liquid vanilla creme stevia 8-10 drops or to taste
How to make it:

  1. Mix one egg with three whites and season with stevia
  2.  Mash half of the strawberries
  3. Heat until warm
  4. Slice the rest of the strawberries
  5. Cook the egg in a dry non stick skillet, flipping it once, so it cooks all the way through
  6. Line the sliced strawberries down the middle and pour the mashed strawberry syrup on top
