  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 drops liquid stevia
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 4 drops SweetLeaf vanilla crème stevia
  • 1 strawberry
How to make it:

  1. Combine coconut flour, strawberry powder, baking powder, almond milk and stevia in mug
  2. Add egg whites and whisk until combined
  3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or bake at 350 until done (~20-30 minutes)
  4. Combine greek yogurt and vanilla crème stevia
  5. Spread on top of cooled cake
  6. Garnish with strawberry
