What You Need:

  • 16 oz chopped cauliflower
  • 3 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped chives
  • salt & pepper to taste/
How to make it:

  1. Fill a large saucepan with about an inch of water, and insert a steamer basket
  2. Bring the water to a boil, and add the cauliflower florets
  3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover, allowing the cauliflower to steam for 6-8 minutes, or until fork tender
  4. Drain the steamed cauliflower, and transfer to the bowl of a large food processor
  5. Add in the roasted garlic cloves and seasonings, and process to your desired texture

What You Need:

  • 3.5 oz chicken or turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup Swanson chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp choppe onion
  • pinch of sage
  • pinch of marjoram
  • pinch of thyme
  • pink salt and pepper, to taste
How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix spices together in small bowl
  3. Dip meat into broth and coat with spices
  4. Transfer to baking dish
  5. Add chopped onion and rest of broth to bottom of the pan
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly

What You Need:

    • 1 apple
    • Choice of seasonings (Chinese 5 spice, cinnamon, pink salt, etc)


How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside
  3. Cut the apple into thin slices
  4. Spread the apple slices on the baking sheets, making sure you have no overlapping edges (if they overlap, they’ll stick to each other and they won’t dry properly)
  5. Sprinkle some seasonings on top and place in the oven
  6. Place in the oven to bake for 1 hour; then flip the slices and cook for another hour
  7. Let the chips cool down and serve
